you can redeem to purcahse a free Ride or Mini-Tour
anytime that you may wish .
Build your points to reedem your free Durban Mini-Tour
or free Ride in and around Durban .
-Receive 1 point per client – Corporates
-Receive 2 points for every client – Neo-Star Private Clients
Corporates-For every 100 points collected you are guaranteed a free
Tour of Durban or a choice of a free Ride within the Durban city.
Private Clients -For every 100 points collected you are guaranteed a
free Tour of Durban or a choice of a free Ride within the Durban city.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
– Once points are accumulated clients are to use these points within the
first 3 months of total collection (All built-up points will only be valid until
3 months of total built up points.
– If clients from the corporate basis chooses The Durban Tour, they will
only be allowed to take a maximum of 8 people per Rewards card
(Only a total of 8 people will be allowed on 100 points per Durban Tour.
– Private NS Clients of up to 50 Points get a free ride in Durban and to
the Airport with up to 4 people as they unlock their rewards by
accumulating points
– If clients from the Corporate Basis choose the free ride to their
destination in and around Durban they will only be allowed to take a
maximum of 4 people per Rewards card.
– All redeemed rewards cards are to only be used in and around Durban
( This includes free rides and Durban Tour)
– All points cannot or will not be allowed to be sold or exchanged for
cash under any circumstances.
– If the points are not redeemed or used within the three month period
then the client’s points will be forfeited.
– Star Travel points are not allowed to be bought and can only be
accumulated if clients use Neo-Star Car Rentals Services.
